Presently, MacAuthority employs over 100 local staff in five cities: Nashville, Louisville, Chattanooga, Johnson City and Winston-Salem. As the third-largest member of a nationwide elite class of independent certified Apple Specialists, and largest of the sort in the Southeast, MacAuthority blends quality Apple products with strong local roots to enhance the consumer, businesses and education community with a broad variety of new and remanufactured products as well as Apple-authorized service, upgrades, and repairs. MacAuthority has been recognized among the top five percent of such service providers.
