MAC SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST
HAMILTON PLACE MALL – CHATTANOOGA, TN

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

One to two years of previous retail experience.

Associated skills include:

• - Good communication skills.
• - Customer service orientation.
• - High energy level.
• - Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Duties will include:

• - Greet customers, find out the customer’s needs
• - Recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise.
• - Describe a product’s features and benefits.
• - Demonstrate use and operation of the product.
• - Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments.
• - Provide change and receipts.
• - Stay current with Apple and related products.
• - Keep merchandise area tidy.

And…

• - Desire to make customers happy!
• - Desire to work in a FUN environment!
• - Ability to work evenings & weekends

Pay rate: $9-$15/hr

SEVICE TECHNICIAN
HAMILTON PLACE MALL – CHATTANOOGA, TN

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

Associated skills include:

• - Possess a solid background in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• - Extensive knowledge of Apple Mac OS X.
• - Some knowledge of Microsoft Windows (preferred but not required).
• - Some knowledge of Linux (preferred but not required).
• - Have a solid understanding of mainstream software packages, hardware, and the relationship between the two.
• - Have excellent customer service skills.
• - Have a good command of the English language – both orally and written.
• - Be able to perform independently and in a group setting.
• - Be able to lift and move computers, monitors, etc. (up to around 50 pounds).
• - Be able to work 40 hours per week or less/more if needed.
• - Aptitude for, and interest in, learning new technologies.
• - Maintain a neat appearance.

Duties will include:

• - Answer telephone calls, explain policies and provide advice to customers.
• - Travel to and from customers’ homes and businesses and perform tasks while on-site.
• - Talk to customers in the store to determine nature and extent of computer-related problems.
• - Perform advanced hardware and software diagnostics.
• - Perform hardware and software repairs on computers.
• - Prepare evaluations of software and/or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• - Obtain knowledge of internal POS/SRO system(s) and follow correct operational procedures.
• - Read, comprehend and operate under the guidelines set forth by Apple, Inc. in the Service Program Manual.
• - Complete and maintain all certification requirements to be an ACMT.
• - Complete necessary requirements to reach Apple Product Professional status on Apple Sales Web annually.
• - Be willing to help in other departments whenever needed.
• - Be professional in attitude and demeanor while representing the company.
