Do you break out the popcorn and watch replays of “Apple Press Events” on your iPad? Can you recite the features of each Apple product on your wish list? Are you also tuned-in to the latest and greatest add-ons and gadgets in the vast array of accessories for Apple products? Do you do all this while being outgoing, professional and energetic? Got one to two years of previous retail experience?

If you said ‘yes’ to all that and you’re ready to become the ‘face’ of MacAuthority, then we’d love to meet you! A Macintosh Solutions Specialist is the first person a customer encounters when entering our stores. They provide absolutely the best customer experience possible to each and every person entering our store. They strive to inspire our guests and provide the education necessary for the customer to get the most out of their investment. They are not simply a salesperson; they are a resource for the community to better understand how Apple products can enhance their lives and livelihoods.

Position Requires:

  • Friendly, outgoing individual with great communication skills.
  • Previous retail experience or customer service training is encouraged.
  • Apple and Macintosh knowledge is a plus.


    • Duties Include:

  • Create an environment where customers feel comfortable no matter what their technical understanding may be.
  • Translating “Technobabble” into layman’s terms.
  • Developing a “Total Solution” based on the customer’s individual needs.
  • Provide a positive, personalized customer experience every time.
  • Drive customer loyalty by educating our guests of the many ways MacAuthority can support them before, during, and after the sale.
  • Working with incredibly talented people selling the coolest products on earth!


    • Pay rate: $9-$15/hr
