Position Requires:
Apple/MacOS understanding.
Customer service talent. (Honest desire to make customers happy!)
Consistent high energy level and repeated lifting ability of computer products.
Excellent communication skills (especially in writing – we take a LOT of notes!).
Skill for problem-solving and passion for details.
Schedule flexibility.
Clean driving record preferred.
Teamwork-focussed outlook on job performance.
Duties Include:
Interact with customers over phone and in person.
Gain understanding of customer’s needs/reported issues.
Offer initial range of possible service solutions.
Thoroughly communicate with customer and service technicians.
Fully document and execute assorted records/paperwork.
Process cash/check//credit payments, make change, issue receipts.
Work-area cleaning/stocking/merchandising.
Exercise professional, friendly, respectable conduct and appearance in a fun environment.
Pay rate: $9-$10/hr
