The MacAuthority Way

How does it work?

After a decade of experience in the electronic repair industry, I realized what was missing from every shop I worked at. Compassion. 


Instead of focusing on our customer's needs, or even just performing repairs to the best of our abilities, every shop was focused on churning out as many repairs as possible. Oh! We can't forget to make sure we get the additional tempered glass, case, or insurance program sale to make sure we maximize our total ticket value.


At MacAuthority, you will never feel like another number, and you will never be sold on something you don't need. This is why our shop runs exclusively on scheduled, 1-on-1 appointments during which you will have my undivided attention. I will listen to the issues you're experiencing, and try to get you a rough idea on a price and turn around time quote before you leave when possible.

No matter how large or small, I will always appreciate your business. At MacAuthority, you'll leave knowing that.

Step 1. Schedule your appointment!

Select whichever category is most applicable to the repair you are in need of, and schedule your appointment here on our site. 

Step 2. Preparing for your appointment!

A lot of our customers ask us "What do I need to do before my appointment?". We'll try to keep this as easy as possible so that there's one less headache you have to worry about. 


Our number one piece of advice is to perform a full data back-up if possible before dropping your device off for repairs. Data loss during a repair is an incredibly rare occurrence as long as you know the proper steps to take, but it is not impossible which is why we take every precaution to prevent such a tragic event.  

Step 3. Dropping off!

Each drop off appointment is scheduled for a total of 1 hour. This is to allow you as much or as little time you feel is necessary to discuss the repair you're in need of, and allow time to me to get you a rough price and turn around time quote.

Step 4. Picking up!

Once your repair is complete, I will contact you to arrange a pick up date and time that works for your schedule!
